Refund Policy

If your service is canceled before it begins a full refund will be provided. Once a service is in progress a full refund will not be provided, partial refund amount will vary. Refunds are processed in 3-5 BUSINESS days.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM OUR ONLINE STORE UNLESS PRODUCT IS DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE.

Order Processing

Please allow 2-4 BUSINESS days for online store order processing & shipping.

BILLING

Once your service is booked you'll receive your bill via text & email. Bills must be paid upon receipt. If your bill is not paid within 30 minutes, your service will be canceled. If your service is canceled you will need to book again on the website to reschedule your service.
